Are you familiar with mouseprint.org? They’re more broadly focused, but they cover EULAs, and would probably be a good resource for you.
This is something I remember was a big issue with Ralph Nader. He suggested we thoroughly read a contract before we sign anything and then start crossing out things in the contract we don’t agree with and then get them to sign it…which of course they wouldn’t. We have less control with on-line agreements and we’re rewarding that behavior. Thanks for taking this on…I will keep my eyes open. -=k
